Yes, I know it is the month for us to celebrate our Women; Mothers, Sisters, and wives. The theme for this year is quite a powerful one, Breaking the Bias.

Bias is disproportionate weight in favor of or against an idea or thing, usually in a closed-minded, prejudicial, or unfair way. Biases can be innate or learned. People may develop biases for or against an individual, a group, or a belief. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bias

We all deal with biases one way or the other, and these biases are culturally based and are passed down from generation to generation, not minding the time lines.
