Becoming successful in life, sometimes one comes to think, is contingent on so many things, but a careful look at it again reveals that only one thing is required, and through this one thing, other things come to light.
It is like passing white light through a prism, and it comes to reveal the other colors which make life beautiful.
So what is this one thing, you may be asking? It is Leadership.
Renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell's definition of Leadership sums it up for me: "Everything rises and falls on leadership." Clearly, we see from this line that Leadership is the thread that runs through everything, the cord that keeps everything in harmony.
