The satisfaction of living all comes from that simple understanding of purpose, which, honestly, for so many of us, it is not that simple. Our disorderliness that brings about considerable energy dissipation and waste is directly connected to our not understating and appreciating the purpose question.
Live is lived and fulfilled within the walls of purpose, not just any purpose, in my opinion, but the God kind, and it is in the pursuit of Him that we come to appreciate our being on Earth, having that divinely inspired understanding to apply ourselves wisely to our gifting and talents.
