Moving from one form of change to another needs some form of management principles and framework in place in adapting to the new change or evolve from the old to the new in a guided framework. This management can be viewed from the Human Resources Management lens. 

For the future of work, evolving or changing is inevitable in keeping up or coping with the changes that will be encountered. In managing this change, human capital management is key. For this episode, I will discussing this issue with Perry Timms Founder and Chief Energy Officer: People & Transformational HR Ltd with 30+ yrs experience in people, learning, technology, organisation change & transformation.
He is a Global and TEDx Speaker, Adviser and Conference Chair on the Future of Work and HR, and member of the Be The Ripple movement to promote kindess and eradicate bullying in workplaces.

Perry is a visiting Fellow at Cranfield Management School and Sheffield Hallam University, a Fellow of the RSA, was a Guest Professor at GEA College in Slovenia, and am part of the Adjunct Faculty at Ashridge Executive Education and Guest Professor at Hult International Business School - as well as an Associate at the Work Foundation - helping create the principles of Good Work in an uncertain world.
